Eligibility for Refunds
You may request a refund or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order if:
You received the wrong item or wrong size
The item arrived damaged or with a manufacturing defect
You are genuinely unsatisfied with the quality of the product
To be eligible for a refund:
The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition and packaging
A valid proof of purchase (order number) must be provided
Non-Refundable Items
Please note we do not offer refunds for:
Items returned after 14 days of delivery
Products damaged due to improper washing, storage, or misuse
Sale or clearance items (unless defective)
How to Request a Refund
Email us at [your email] with your order number, a brief explanation, and clear photos (if applicable)
Our team will review your request within 2 business days
If approved, you’ll receive instructions for return shipping or a confirmation of your refund
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. For exchanges, we’ll ship your replacement item at no extra cost.
