Eligibility for Refunds

You may request a refund or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order if:

  • You received the wrong item or wrong size

  • The item arrived damaged or with a manufacturing defect

  • You are genuinely unsatisfied with the quality of the product

To be eligible for a refund:

  • The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition and packaging

  • A valid proof of purchase (order number) must be provided

Non-Refundable Items

Please note we do not offer refunds for:

  • Items returned after 14 days of delivery

  • Products damaged due to improper washing, storage, or misuse

  • Sale or clearance items (unless defective)

How to Request a Refund

  2. Our team will review your request within 2 business days

  3. If approved, you’ll receive instructions for return shipping or a confirmation of your refund

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. For exchanges, we’ll ship your replacement item at no extra cost.
